Matt Fisher founded Bantry Capital, LLC as a way to help landowners sell their land or farm quickly and easily. Our end goal is to help make the land productive for the next generation of owners and small family farmers.

Prior to entering the land business, Matt worked almost 20 years in the mortgage industry to help clients buy real estate. He enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, supporting his church, and being outdoors as much as possible.

We are are interested and able to buy properties anywhere in Virginia. Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. We purchase all types of land; timber tracts, rural residential, and agricultural properties.
